• Panels are examined for signs of rust and any
damage that is beyond repair
• Entire vehicle is cleaned and degreased
• Panels found beyond reapir are replaced
• Panels are straightened and spot-primed
• Door hinges are rebuilt when neccesary to ensure proper alignment and operation
• Panel alignment checked and adjusted as needed
• Entire vehicle is block sanded
• Fiinal prep and masking takes place and the vehicle rolls into our Garmat downdraft paint booth
• Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paint is applied using US Military camoflauge schematics
• Entire vehicle is cleaned and degreased
• Panels found beyond reapir are replaced
• Panels are straightened and spot-primed
• Door hinges are rebuilt when neccesary to ensure proper alignment and operation
• Panel alignment checked and adjusted as needed
• Entire vehicle is block sanded
• Fiinal prep and masking takes place and the vehicle rolls into our Garmat downdraft paint booth
